Q: How many bottle/cans per case of water/soda/juice?
A: 24

Q: How many cups per gallon of coffee?
A: Sixteen (16) 8-ounce servings

Q: Does ARAMARK provide tables to place the food & beverage on in my booth?
A: ARAMARK does not provide tables on the show floor. They need to be ordered through the decorator.

Q: Does ARAMARK supply electricity for water coolers, coffee kit, etc?
A: ARAMARK does not provide electricity for equipment needed on the show floor. Exhibitors are solely responsible for ordering and payment for any electrical requirements for contracted rental equipment, including, but not limited to, espresso machines, popcorn machines, cookie ovens, etc. Electrical requirements should be verified with the ARAMARK Sales Manager.

Q. I want to order something that is not listed on your menu, may I bring it in?
A. ARAMARK is the exclusive caterer at the Hynes Convention Center and as the exclusive provider for this facility, unauthorized food and beverage is strictly prohibited from being brought into the convention center. If you are in need of items that do not appear on our printed menus please contact you ARAMARK Sales Manager. They will be happy to special order the product or item for you or make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your requests.

Q. Can I return leftover product at the end of the show?
A. ARAMARK does not buy back any unused product at the close of the show, nor do we give credit for leftover product. The product is yours to do with as you deem appropriate. Due to state law, however, all leftover ALCOHOLIC beverages must remain on convention center property.

Q. Can I change items in certain menu packages?
A. ARAMARK is always happy to assist you in altering published menu items to accommodate specific dietary requirements or to produce completely customized menus to suit your special event. Keep in mind that altering set menus may result in a price change. Please contact your ARAMARK Sales Manager for assistance with your custom menu needs.

Q: Can I wait until I'm on-site to place my order?
A: Yes, however, ARAMARK strongly recommends that you make arrangements prior to arriving on site. We will be happy to accommodate your requests, but may not be able to have all services available to order on site. Additionally, there is a 10% Onsite Order Fee added to any order received after the order deadline.

Q: Can I place my order for the first day and re-order on site as needed?
A: Yes, however, ARAMARK strongly recommends that you make arrangements prior to arriving on site. We will be happy to accommodate requests, but may not be able to have all services available on site. There will also be a 10% Onsite Order Fee added to any on site orders and if the re-order is less than $75, a $25 Delivery Fee also applies.

Q: Can we be direct billed for the entire amount?
A: ARAMARK requires full payment prior to services being rendered. ARAMARK will accept a company check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Diner's Club for payment of services. Wire transfers will be accepted, HOWEVER, the exhibitor is responsible for all bank fees incurred in this process. Also, for all orders, a credit card MUST be on file to both guarantee payment by check and also to allow you to place additional orders while you are on site.

Q: Do napkins, cups, and ice come with my beverage order?
A: Yes, ARAMARK will provide all disposable ware and condiments with orders.

Q. Do sugar, Sweet‘n'Low, Equal, stirrers and cream come with coffee service?
A: Yes, ARAMARK will provide all disposable ware and condiments with orders.

Q: If we run out of food how do we contact you for replenishment?
A: There are house phones located throughout the convention center from which you can dial the Sales Manager extension directly which will be provided upon placing your order. ARAMARK personnel are also in radio communication with the building event managers, security and show management. If you have an attendant scheduled in your booth, he/she will also be able to replenish your order.

Q: Do you have an attendant that can service our guests?
A: Yes, please contact your ARAMARK Sales Manager for specific labor information.

Q: Can alcohol be served in the booth?
A: That is dependent on show management. Please contact your ARAMARK Sales Manager directly for details.

Q: Is there a delivery fee?
A: Yes, for all orders and re-orders less than $75.

Q: Will someone come by the booth to check on us, if so how frequently?
A: ARAMARK offers a number of alternatives for service. A manager will always be available if needed and attendants are also available. Please contact your ARAMARK Sales Manager directly for details.

Q: What is the administrative fee?
A: The administrative fee is a mandatory fee added to all bills to cover the costs of administering your events. The administrative fee does not represent a tip, gratuity, or service charge for wait staff employees, service employees, or service bartenders.

Q: Is the administrative fee taxable?
A: Yes.

Q: Does the administrative fee apply to rental equipment?
A: Yes. Rental equipment receives the administrative fee plus sales tax.

Q: If I order too much, can I cancel for the next day(s)?
A: Yes, but only if the time at which you wish to cancel the existing order is outside of the three-business day cancellation policy.

Q: Can I change ingredients on certain menu items?
A: Yes. ARAMARK is always happy to assist you in altering published menu items to accommodate specific dietary needs or to produce completely customized menus to suit your special event. Please keep in mind that changes to menu items may result a change in the item price or labor charge. Please contact your ARAMARK Sales Manager for assistance with your custom menu needs.

Q: How much coffee should I order?
A: A good starting point would be to estimate 1.5 drinks per person. Keep in mind a serving typically yields: One gallon of coffee will yield 16 eight-ounce servings. Coffee can be ordered in increments of 2.5 gallons (40 cups) MINIMUM, five gallons (80 cups) and ten gallons (160 cups).

Q: Can I contact ARAMARK to book space for my food and beverage event?
A: Yes, ARAMARK would be happy to conduct a site visit with you for a possible food and beverage function.

Q: Will ARAMARK host a tasting for our special event?
A: Yes, your Catering Sales Manager will arrange a tasting with our Executive Chef to determine the right menu for your guests.  

Q: Does ARAMARK provide tables to place the food and beverage on?
A: Yes, ARAMARK services are on 6 foot rolling tables. Other size tables and all exhibitor tables should to be ordered through the decorator.
