Q: How do I place an order for food & beverage?
A: Contact your ARAMARK Sales Manager directly or visit us at www. aramarkconventions.com for our exhibitor hospitality services. Our experienced sales team will be happy to assist with all the details of your event.

Q: What if my event is not at the convention center?
A: Even if you choose a location outside the convention center for your event we'll still be there to help; offering creative culinary solutions, and taking care of details like site coordination, rentals, service staff and more. We can handle unique special events with ease, so if your occasion calls for something out of the ordinary, just let us know. We can provide flexible custom menus that will look great and taste even better, making your event memorable in every way.

Q: Why do I have to pay gratuity/service fee?
A: Similar to room service at a hotel, the gratuity is paid to the personnel that deliver the service. In the venues that apply a service fee to their food and beverage services, this fee goes to paying for the staff and labor behind the scenes that are required to produce your event.

Q: May I bring in my own food & beverage?
A: As selected by the executive committees at many venues to be the exclusive food & beverage provider, ARAMARK generally holds the health permits & liquor licensing required by local statute. Due to liability concerns, no other food or beverage is allowed to be served in the building. This is to protect the health and welfare of all exhibitors and attendees.

Q: Does ARAMARK provide tables to place the food & beverage on in my booth?
A: No, ARAMARK does not provide tables on the show floor. They need to be ordered through the decorator.

Q: Does ARAMARK supply electricity for water coolers, coffee kit, popcorn machine, etc?
A: No, ARAMARK does not provide electricity to booths on the show floor. Exhibitors are solely responsible for the set-up of and payment for any electrical required for contracted rental equipment, including, but not limited to, espresso machines, popcorn machines, cookie ovens, etc. Electrical requirements should be verified with the ARAMARK Sales Manager. Please refer to your Exhibitor Manual for details.

Q: Can I wait until I'm on-site to place my order?
A: Yes, however, ARAMARK strongly recommends that you make arrangements prior to arriving on site. We will be happy to accommodate your requests, but may not be able to have all services available to order on site. There may also be an Onsite Order Fee added to your order. Please contact your ARAMARK Sales Manager for details.

Q: Can I place my order for the first day and re-order on site as needed?
A: Yes, however, ARAMARK strongly recommends that you make arrangements prior to arriving on site. We will be happy to accommodate requests, but may not be able to have all services available on site. There may also be an Onsite Order Fee added to your order and depending on the location, a Delivery Fee based on the total dollar amount of the order. Please contact your ARAMARK Sales Manager for details.

Q: Can we be direct billed for the entire amount?
A: ARAMARK's policy requires full payment prior to services being rendered. We gladly accept company checks, American Express, Visa or MasterCard for payment of catering services. Additionally, although wire transfers are accepted, the customer is responsible for all bank fees incurred in this process. Also, for all orders, a credit card MUST be on file to both guarantee payment by check and also for additional orders while you are on site.

Q: Do napkins, cups, and ice come with my beverage order?
A: Yes, ARAMARK will provide all disposable ware and condiments with orders.

Q. Do sugar, Sweet‘n'Low, Equal, stirrers and cream come with coffee service?
A: Yes, ARAMARK will provide all disposable ware and condiments with orders.

Q: Do you have an attendant that can service our guests?
A: Yes, please contact your ARAMARK Sales Manager for specific labor information.

Q: Can alcohol be served in the booth?
A: That is dependent on show management's policies regarding alcoholic beverages. Please contact your ARAMARK Sales Manager directly for details.

Q: Can I return leftover product for credit at the end of the show?
A: No. ARAMARK has a three-business day cancellation policy. Any excess product should be cancelled within the cancellation timeline. No credits will be given at the end of the show. The product is yours to do with as you deem appropriate. You are always welcome to ship leftover non-perishable product back to your office with your booth freight or other materials. With that in mind, please work with your ARAMARK Sales Manager to determine the proper quantities and be careful in your selections. Due to state law, all left over ALCOHOLIC beverages must remain on convention center property.

Q: If I order too much, can I cancel for the next day(s)?
A: No. ARAMARK has a minimum of a three-business day cancellation policy.

Q: Can I change ingredients on certain menu items?
A: Yes. ARAMARK is always happy to assist you in altering published menu items to accommodate specific dietary needs or to produce completely customized menus to suit your special event. Please keep in mind that changes to menu items may result in changes to the price or labor charge. Please contact your ARAMARK Sales Manager for assistance with your custom menu needs.

Q: How much coffee should I order?
A: A good starting point would be to estimate 1.5 drinks per person. And, generally, one gallon of coffee yields approximately 16 eight-ounce servings. Please contact your ARAMARK Sales Manager for details about the size of their coffee cups to determine the actual number of servings per gallon

Q: Do you provide linens or floral arrangements?
A: Yes. ARAMARK is pleased to provide a variety of services to help make your event a success. Please contact your ARAMARK Sales Manager for assistance with your special event needs.

Q: Am I responsible for removing my trash?
A: No. ARAMARK or the convention center maintenance staff will handle almost all trash removal during an event. The only exception may be on the exhibit hall floor. Please contact your ARAMARK Sales Manager or Exhibits Manager for details.
